Privacy & sources
Public Intelligence does not require an account.
Optional audience measurement
With your permission, we store a random browser identifier and record page views, game opens, change-feed interactions, and early-access interest. We do not collect advertising identifiers, browsing history outside Intelligence, or private Fantasy activity here. Measurements are approximate and do not count everyone who visits.
You can decline or change your choice using Measurement preferences below. Global Privacy Control is respected. Browser event records are retained for 90 days; reporting uses the last 30 days.
Early access
We store your email, selected sports, optional feature and Fantasy preferences, price interest, consent version, and registration time. We use these for early access and product research. We do not collect payment details or enroll you in a paid subscription. Duplicate submissions preserve the existing registration. Contact WITB through the contact page to request removal.
Sources and freshness
Phase 1 uses stored WITB NFL analysis and descriptive game information sourced through BALLDONTLIE. Only selected editorial summaries are published. Account-only analysis and conversations are not part of these briefings. No new AI analysis runs when you open a page.
Pregame briefings retain their original preparation time. They are not live injury reports. Current feeds stop presenting a briefing at its scheduled kickoff; its stable page remains a dated archive. Post-event review, when available, will be attached separately.
